Accident Claim Check is the consumer side of Roadway Intake Partners, a company that provides intake and marketing services to personal injury law firms. We built this site so injured people have a simple, free way to find out whether they may have a claim — without calling around to law firms or feeling pressured.

How does attorney matching work?

You answer a few questions, our intake team reviews them, and if your case may qualify we connect you with a participating attorney. Participating attorneys are independent. They decide which cases to accept, and you decide whether to work with them. Read the full how it works page.

How do you make money?

Attorneys and law firms in our network may pay us a marketing fee. You never pay us anything, and our fee does not change what an attorney charges you. If you already have a lawyer for this accident, we will not match you with another one.

What we won't do
