Independent personal injury attorneys and law firms who participate in our network. They are not employed by Accident Claim Check, and they make their own decisions about which cases to take.
02Do you choose the attorney for me?
We connect you with a participating attorney who handles your type of case in your state. You can ask questions, decide not to proceed or choose a different lawyer at any time.
03How do you get paid?
Participating attorneys may pay a marketing fee. That fee is never charged to you and does not change what the attorney charges you.
04What if my case doesn't qualify?
We'll tell you honestly. We may point you to helpful resources, and you are always free to contact any attorney you like.
05Is the information I share confidential?
We use your information to review your request and connect you with a participating attorney, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create an attorney–client relationship, so avoid sharing anything you wouldn't want an intake specialist to read.
