How participating attorneys are involved
- Attorneys and law firms in our network are independent and are not employed by us.
- Participating attorneys may pay a marketing fee to participate. You never pay us.
- We do not choose or recommend an attorney based on legal skill, and we do not endorse any attorney.
- The attorney you speak with decides whether to accept your case.
- You decide whether to hire any attorney.
No promises about results
Any result an attorney may have achieved for other clients depends on the facts of those cases. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. We do not promise any settlement, recovery or result.
No attorney–client relationship
Submitting a form or speaking with our intake team does not create an attorney–client relationship. Such a relationship begins only if you and an attorney agree to it, usually in writing.
Fees
Many personal injury attorneys work on a contingency-fee basis, which generally means no attorney fee unless they recover compensation for you. Fee terms are set by the independent attorney, not by Accident Claim Check, and you may still be responsible for some case costs.
