- Your state and best time to contact you

- Any optional description you write
We never ask for your street address, Social Security number or medical record numbers. Please don't include them.
Information collected automatically. We collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, the referring website and marketing campaign parameters (such as UTM codes). With your consent, analytics cookies may be used through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

- Participating law firms and their agents. If your case may qualify, we share your information with one or more independent participating attorneys so they can contact you. Those firms may pay us a marketing fee.

- Legal and safety. When required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Site.
If you tell us you already have a lawyer for this accident, we will not match you with another attorney.
Sensitive information
Information about injuries and medical treatment may be considered sensitive. We use it only to review your request and connect you with an attorney. We do not use it for advertising, and we keep it out of web addresses, analytics events and logs.
