Terms of Use

Last updated Written by Accident Claim Check Editorial TeamAttorney review: pending

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of claimcheck.websnexus.com (the "Site"), operated by Roadway Intake Partners ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We are not a law firm

Accident Claim Check is an attorney-matching and marketing service. We are not a law firm, we do not employ attorneys to represent you and we do not give legal advice. Information on the Site is general and educational and may not reflect current law in your state.

No attorney–client relationship

Using the Site, submitting a form or speaking with our intake team does not create an attorney–client relationship with us or any attorney. That relationship exists only if you and an attorney agree to it, usually in a signed written agreement. Please do not send confidential information until you have such an agreement.

Participating attorneys

Attorneys and law firms in our network are independent. They decide whether to accept your case and are solely responsible for any legal services they provide. They may pay us a marketing fee. We do not endorse or guarantee any attorney, and we make no promise that an attorney will accept your case or about any result.

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only your own information (or information you are authorized to provide). By checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in that consent. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by submitting false information, attempting to access systems without authorization, scraping at scale in a way that harms the Site, or interfering with its operation.

Content and accuracy

We try to keep content accurate and up to date, but laws change and we do not warrant that content is complete, current or error-free. Do not rely on the Site as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your state.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Attorney advertising

This Site may be considered attorney advertising in some states. See our Attorney Advertising Disclaimer.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
