Our commitment
Accident Claim Check aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is part of how we design, build and test the site.
Accessibility features
- Keyboard access: every page, including the full case review form, can be completed with a keyboard alone.
- Skip link: a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Labels and errors: every form field has a visible label, and error messages are announced and linked to their fields.
- Focus: a clearly visible focus outline and focus moved to each new form question.
- Contrast: text colors chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
- Reduced motion: animations, including the scrolling marquee, stop when your device requests reduced motion.
- Readable text: large body text, short paragraphs and plain language.
- Content without scripts: page content, including FAQ answers, is in the HTML and readable without JavaScript.
- Tap targets: buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall on touch screens.
Known limitations
We test regularly, but some content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party tools, such as spam protection, may have their own limitations.
